Looking for felon friendly landlords,  or options on going about helping this family. Are there any rental options for a family of 5, mom and dad work amd have a combined income of 6,000 a month. They were given a 30 day notice to vacate after they paid rent this month. Is that even legal?

Anything will help... Also do they qualify for move in cost assistance ?
