This is the bill that requires that any county, city, town or other municipal corporation that provides services to “homeless persons” to give priority to homeless persons who establish “proof of residency” in the county, city, town or other municipal corporation in which they are seeking services.  

This bill is scheduled to be heard Wednesday, Feb. 13 at 1:30.
