Attached is a Power Point presentation on how to access hospital financial assistance (charity care) that may help your staff inform low income customers about eligibility and application procedures.  Please feel free to use it for staff training and customer information purposes.  Also, remember that some of your staff may be eligible for financial assistance.

Feedback from those who view the presentation would be helpful to keep it clear and current as time passes.

Please forward other organizations that serve lower income customers who may be needing health care or relief from hospital bills.
