Hello,

1. I have  one family that needs assistance with an application fee of 35.00 dollars they were told that they could not use diversion funds as they are in transitional housing.

2. I was wondering if there is a list of apartments that work with individual with criminal history.

I have a few families that will be transitioning out of transitional housing and cant rent due to criminal backgrounds, but do have the funds to pay for moving in and can pay rent without assistance.
