Subject: Homeless Coalition - ESL.

I have a youth participant (over 18) who is in need of some little or no cost ESL, they can understand most of what we say and can speak English but cannot read anything but numbers. They want to pursue their GED and possibly more schooling, and find it hard to seek employment. This person is not allowed to participate in REACH programs, is anyone aware of where I can get help for this person?
