Is she going to the Family Housing Network Day Center? They have a myriad of services available, as well as being able to refer her to our overflow room or the Rescue Mission’s COT program. It is located at 5050 S. Tacoma Way and open
most weekdays.

Subject: Homeless Coalition - Homeless Mother of 2
Hello friends,
I have a mother with 2 children experiencing homelessness. Both children are disabled. She is in the process of applying for SSI for the oldest child.
She was approved for diversion; however, she has a month to find housing, which has been difficult due to no income and a previous eviction. She has a job that she will be starting in July.
If you know of any landlords who would be willing to work with this mother, please let me know.
Kind regards,
Felicia
