I am currently working with a family of four who got a 20 day no-cause termination notice to leave their home of 14 years in Bryn-Mawr/Skyway (unincorporated King County) - the single mom has found a home in Lakewood for them to move to, but the rental company needs the security deposit ASAP. Do you have any resources you would recommend that might be able to help out with these move-in costs to prevent their homelessness? The family has a housing voucher with King County Housing Authority but there has been administrative delay and multiple obstacles that are taking a long time - we’re trying to work things out so that she can port her voucher to Pierce County.
