I'm attaching the actual ordinance - the actual code with changes follows the first two pages.  We have focused on the section about day shelter use but we need also to look at the compliance and penalty sections - the City assured us that people will receive the equivalent of a parking ticket for violating the code but I can barely figure out the ramifications of re-entering, etc.
