Hello Team,
I have a client that is going to be having a high risk procedure in the very beginning of December. She is currently in a shelter, however, we do not feel we will have the level of care required, post-surgery, for an extended amount of
time.
We are currently looking to see how much care and for how long they will need.
Would any one know of any resources we could tap into, of any hotel vouchers we may be able to get, and/or If we could partner with other shelters/organizations so that we can split the post-surgery time for sheltering them. They are in
place for housing, but are not yet finished with the process of signing the lease. This may take a few weeks to months.
Please let me know if any of you can think of any resources, creative solutions, or organizations willing to collaborate to for this client’s transitional period.
