In December, the National Law Center on Homelessness and Poverty sent a letter to the City of Tacoma which among other things, suggested the City review the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority "Guiding Principles and Practices for Local Responses to Unsheltered Homelessness."  If you have not reviewed this 5 page document, I encourage you to do so.  I also encourage you to spend a few minutes on the LAHSA website and consider what might be of use to us.  www.lahsa.org
