Hello Friends,

I ‘m currently working with a single father 38 years old with 9-year-old daughter in immediate need of housing. He completed an intake with Access Point last week and was approved for diversion.  However, he has not been able to find housing. His only income is from SSI/SSA benefits. He’s on a home hemodialysis machine, but can only use it when he finds a place to stay for a night. Majority of the time he is sleeping in his car. He is waiting for his nurse to find a dialysis center to accept him back while he’s experiencing homeless.

No evictions. No rental history due to the place he was staying prior had a fire and all records prior to 2018 were lost. No history of substance abuse.

Any help you can provided would be greatly appreciated.
