Subject: Homeless Coalition - Glasses for those with Medicaid

Good Evening Amazing Humans!

I work at our young adult shelter and we have many participants who have glasses but the lenses are cracked or broken. They all have Medicaid but are over 20 years of age and it is not covered under the Health Care Authority of Washington Benefits. 

Does anyone have a resource for our case managers to use to help these young adults see?
