Good morning Gerrit.  Thank you for all you have contributed to the human rights and human services challenges in this community.  You will be missed and remembered for the good you have done yourself and the good you have helped others to do.

You messaged earlier this week that nobody had submitted agenda suggestions for tomorrow.  I suggest now that tomorrow's collaboration meeting should focus on appreciating your work, and also on how the HC will carry on in your absence.  We will need new cornerstones, new leaders, and new human resources.

It is another sign of your strengths that you choose now to care for and sustain self.  I wish you well and hope to remain in communication with you as you move into the next chapter.
