Dear Service Providers & Super Heroes:
For decades, agencies have surveyed the homeless from an academic place, asking questions that relate to the agency's need for data - race, age, veteran status, and other demographics.
Finally, a survey has been collaboratively created with those who have slept in the cold, been victimized, and who have experienced our system from the street side of the process.
We are already receiving remarkable insights from our beta testing!
Attached is a sheet of bookmarks to be printed out, cut, and distributed to any unhoused or recently housed people in Pierce Co. The survey ends on Nov 15, we are hoping for as many contributions as possible. The answers to these questions will help inform the Pierce County Continuum of Care's next "5 Year Plan to Address Homelessness" and beyond.
