I don’t know the answer to this question, but it seems to me that the coalition should advocate for local law requiring landlords to accept a recent screening instead of requiring a new one with each new application.

I have a client who is applying for housing and has a voucher through TCC/THA (CHAP) and can't afford to keep paying screening fees for each place applied to. My client also has a conviction history so chances of getting denied are greater. Is there an organization or agency that helps with screening fee costs?

Thanks!
