Hi Folks

Does anyone have experience with a landlord increasing rent while a year lease is effective?

I've checked with Tenants Union and saw that the renter would have to agree, but it seems they did not.

The tenant was also only provided 20 days to object as opposed to the stated 30 Days.

Any info or past experience with this?
