Hey all!

The Rialto Apartments with Pioneer Human Services has numerous openings for housing. We have studios and efficiency’s available.

If you know anyone who is interested please send them to orientation.

Orientations are Tuesdays at 11:00 A.M. and Thursdays at 3:00 P.M.

In order to qualify an apply applicant must bring:

I.D., S.S. Card, proof of income, money order for $35.00, their medical card and a print out of medication they are currently taking.

We will run a background screen and take a Urine Analysis to confirm they are eligible. We house people that are low income, in recovery from substance abuse, have a criminal background and more. The things that will disqualify them on the background are manufacturing, sex offense, arson, eviction within the last year, and any active warrants.

Proof of income would need to cover the units which range from $530-$925.

Move in cost is a standard $500.00 + Rent.
